課程目標
 蔬菜和生活與健康密切相關，由園藝專業正確認識蔬菜種類，對蔬菜生產技術與其理論依
據有基本概念，體會試驗研究與產業發展的關係，進而珍惜自然界的生態平衡與資源的維
護。
